The Big Jobsite is seeking a seasoned Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterans and families. This fully remote role requires empathetic, detailed intake interviews and the ability to gather sensitive medical, financial, and legal information for U.S.-based firms.

You will document conversations in CRMs such as Clio, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or HubSpot, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with attorneys and staff to move qualified matters through the intake
