Key Responsibilities





- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, from initial feasibility studies to construction and completion.
- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Conducting thorough site analysis, market research, and zoning reviews for potential development sites.

Requirements

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate development projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of all phases of the development process, including entitlements, design, financing, and construction.
