Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Lead who will own how client design systems are built. This senior, systems-first role focuses on rapid, high-quality systems across multiple brands, not one-off pages.
You will develop token architectures in Figma, ship durable core components, and document the system so engines (devs or pipelines) can execute it without questions. Strong English and US-hours overlap are required.
