Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of Amazon Associates in a fulfillment center, coaching and mentoring to maximize performance while maintaining safety and quality. This front-line leadership role focuses on people development and operational excellence.

You will operate in a fast-paced distribution environment, drive adherence to policies, and partner with management to meet customer demand. Weekend and overnight shifts may be required.
