About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Especialista en Inclusión Social y Desarrollo de Familias to join their team, working remotely to serve the community of Culiacán, Sinaloa . This role is designed for an individual passionate about empowering families and fostering an inclusive environment. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that support families in overcoming social barriers and achieving greater self-sufficiency. This is a remote-first position, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the community's needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovative programs focused on family empowerment and social inclusion.
- Conduct needs assessments for families to identify specific challenges and opportunities for support.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for families on topics such as parenting skills, financial literacy, and employment readiness.
- Connect families with relevant social services, educational resources, and employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, and local government agencies.
- Develop strategies to promote the social inclusion of marginalized groups within the community.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting data to report on outcomes and impact.
- Provide case management support and advocacy for families navigating complex social systems.
- Contribute to the development of grant proposals and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social program development, family support, or community outreach.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful inclusion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the social landscape and family dynamics in Sinaloa .
- Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve program goals in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and case management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in program evaluation.
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
