In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operation of our Food & Beverage outlet, ensuring seamless service, consistent quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop a talented team, manage operational and financial performance, and collaborate closely with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure every dining experience is delivered with care, precision, and a personalized approach. What you will bring:
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage operations, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and the complete guest dining journey.




• Experience managing operational and financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor productivity, inventories, and cost control.
• A track record of leading, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings and the ability to confidently guide the team in delivering exceptional service.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to maintain a strong presence during peak service periods.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
