Advanced SQL skills, including data profiling, validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and refreshable reporting solutions.
Experience analyzing and onboarding new data sources, including data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation activities.
Understanding of data integration and ETL concepts sufficient to onboard and support source systems within an MDM environment. Direct ETL development is not the primary focus of this role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Exp required:



3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Profisee MDM. Experience with other MDM platforms may be considered where candidates demonstrate transferable MDM development and configuration experience.
Experience analyzing, profiling, validating, and reconciling data across multiple systems and data sources.
Experience creating source-to-target mappings and technical design documentation.
Experience working with business stakeholders to validate data and resolve data quality issues.
Experience supporting data onboarding or system implementation initiatives.
