• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability so the line never stops for a supply reason
• Maintain the supplier, materials and pricing database, and monitor supplier performance

• Hold non conforming product and reject non conforming incoming material
• Investigate quality issues with the Production Manager and drive corrective action
• Maintain quality records and support customer audits Plant management support
• Coordinate activities across production, procurement, logistics, quality and administration
• Support the Plant Manager in monitoring and improving overall plant performance
• Invoicing to customers, review of incoming supplier invoices, and reporting support to HQ

• 3+ in a manufacturing environment, with real ownership of purchasing, quality or continuous improvement
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and running commercial comparisons
• Working knowledge of a quality management system, ideally ISO 9001, and comfort with customer audits
• Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis and confident use of Excel and an ERP system
• A continuous improvement mindset, whether formalized through lean, Six Sigma or simply years of fixing things properly
• The credibility to hold a shipment when quality requires it, and the judgment to know when it does
• Fluent Spanish and working professional English
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico

What we offer
• A genuinely broad scope with direct access to plant and group leadership
• The chance to shape how a growing facility operates rather than inherit a fixed system
