We are looking for an Electrical Engineer Superintendent with experience in electrical supervision and maintenance activities within industrial and onshore
- offshore environments/oil&gas; sector. The selected candidate will oversee electrical operations, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards and project objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise electrical activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of the work;
• supervise HV, MV and LV electrical works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards;
• coordinate contractors and site personnel during electrical operations and maintenance activities;
• review electrical installations, testing and commissioning activities in line with technical specifications and standards;
• support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities, providing technical solutions to electrical issues;
• ensure compliance with offshore electrical procedures, regulations and industry standards;
• interface with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams to support project execution and plant reliability;
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, vendors and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline;
• at least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in oil&gas; sector;
• previous experience also in offshore sector;
• knowledge of HV, MV and LV power distribution systems;
• experience in electrical commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting activities;
• experience on FPSO projects will be considered a preferred qualification
• ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and technical documentation;
• knowledge of international standards and industry regulations;
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
• valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, FOET, HUET or equivalent).
