PROGRAM MANAGER Lead cross-functional teams and manage full-lifecycle automotive projects from inception to serial production, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, budget, and customer expectations while supporting overall business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage end-to-end automotive project execution (NPI / Launch phases).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive customers.
• Monitor project milestones, budget performance, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Manage project risks, change requests, and action plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements (CSR). REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English communication skills (Indispensable).
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and project management tools.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills with Tier-1/OEM customers.
• SAP and project management software proficiency.
