Position Summary we are looking for a Senior Customer Supply Chain Specialist to drive product availability and on-time delivery for finished goods and OEM components, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Import, and Service Centers to optimize order fulfillment, inventory availability, and overall supply chain performance. • Manage customer delivery requirements and ensure efficient, on-time product delivery and shipment tracking.
• Implement procedures and standards to improve service levels and delivery performance.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve product availability issues.
• Develop supply chain strategies to mitigate inventory shortages and maintain business continuity.




• Support inventory and production plans to meet internal and external customer expectations.
• Monitor customer service and delivery performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Lead delivery performance reviews with Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools, preferably SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand and supply planning, and product availability.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
