We design sophisticated outdoor environments for high-end residences, waterfront estates, country club properties, and luxury developments throughout South Florida.We are expanding our visualization team and seeking an exceptional 3D Visualization Artist with advanced expertise in Twinmotion and Unreal Engine.This is not a general architectural visualization position.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience creating realistic exterior environments for landscape architecture projects, including terrain, topography, planting, hardscape, water features, outdoor living areas, lighting, and architectural context.Position OverviewThe 3D Visualization Artist will work remotely with our landscape architects and designers to transform design plans, architectural models, surveys, and reference materials into highly realistic luxury residential environments.You will help our clients visualize the complete property experience through cinematic images, animations, walkthroughs, and real-time presentations.The idóneo candidate combines strong technical modeling abilities with excellent artistic judgment, landscape knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to produce excellent work under tight deadlines.Required QualificationsApplicants must meet all of the following requirements:Expert-level proficiency in TwinmotionExpert-level proficiency in Unreal EngineExtensive professional experience with landscape architecture visualizationAdvanced ability to model and render:Topography and site gradingTerrain and elevation changesTrees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and landscape plantingPools, spas, fountains, and water featuresPatios, driveways, walkways, walls, and hardscapePergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features,
