Business Development Specialist Only open to candidates in LATAM
- Expats Welcome 100% Remote | Full Time | Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST | Urgent Hire PAY: US$7.00/hour base (approx. $1,300 USD/month) + US$250.00 per new client – UNCAPPED Your base salary is guaranteed, and you earn US$250.00 for every new client you close, with no limit.
- Close 3 clients in a month: approx. $1,300 + $750 = $2,050
- Close 6 clients: approx. $1,300 + $1,500 = $2,800
- Close 10 clients: approx. $1,300 + $2,500 = $3,800 The more you close, the more you make.

ABOUT THE ROLE
A growing staffing and recruiting firm in the northeastern U.
S. is looking for a closer. You won't be cold calling. You'll work warm and hot leads: prospects who already want recruiting and staffing services and need someone to turn that interest into a signed deal. Target: 3+ new clients per month.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Follow up quickly with warm and hot leads
- Run discovery calls and video meetings, and explain the services clearly




- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and agreements, then close the deal
- Keep the CRM updated and hand new clients off to the recruiting team WHAT YOU NEED
- Advanced spoken English
- 3+ years of recent sales experience (recruiting/staffing sales is a big plus)
- A track record of building and keeping client relationships
- Must live in Latin America YOUR WORKSPACE
- High-speed internet that handles video calls reliably
- Backup power (UPS, power station, or generator)
- A quiet, private space free from household or street noise DETAILS
