Category Manager , you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for key commodities, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and long‐term value creation. Category Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management to deliver cost savings and long‐term value. Building and managing strategic supplier relationships to improve quality, delivery, innovation, and overall supplier performance. Partnering with Engineering,



Operations, Quality, and New Product Development teams to support sourcing decisions and business growth. Driving continuous improvement initiatives, supplier risk mitigation, and cost optimization through data‐driven decision making. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience leading Category or Commodity Management strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‐functional teams and lead complex sourcing initiatives in a global organization. Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and engineering-driven sourcing projects. Exposure to global sourcing strategies and international supplier management.
