About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Supervisar la ejecución técnica y constructiva de proyectos civiles, asegurando el cumplimiento de planos y especificaciones.
- Coordinar equipos de trabajo en obra, incluyendo personal técnico, obreros y subcontratistas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en todas las áreas del proyecto.
- Gestionar la calidad de los materiales y la mano de obra , realizando inspecciones y pruebas necesarias.
- Monitorear el avance físico y financiero del proyecto , informando periódicamente a la gerencia.
- Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos y logísticos que puedan surgir durante la obra.
- Gestionar la documentación del proyecto , incluyendo permisos, licencias y reportes diarios.




- Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo seguro y cooperativo entre todo el personal en sitio.
- Asegurar la correcta interpretación y aplicación de los diseños y especificaciones técnicas .

Requirements

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil o campo afín.
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como Ingeniero Residente, Ingeniero de Campo o en roles similares de supervisión de obra.
- Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura civil (carreteras, puentes, edificios, etc.).
- Conocimiento profundo de normativas técnicas y de seguridad aplicables en la construcción.
- Habilidades sólidas en liderazgo de equipos y coordinación de personal.
- Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas en entornos de obra.
- Manejo de herramientas de software de ingeniería y gestión de proyectos .
- Residencia o disposición para residir en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, MX .
- Orientación al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
