Mobile Engineer (AI) at BairesDev In this role, you'll bring an AI-native mindset to Android development, building net-new mobile products inside a fast-moving startup environment. Working from product ideas through to production with minimal hand-holding, you'll implement multi-agent orchestration and full-stack range across unfamiliar codebases. What You'll Do
• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI-native approach.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Own delivery from product requirements through to production in a self-directed way.




• Contribute across web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously. What We Are Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.
• Full-stack range with ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
