We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive maintenance, automation, and controls performance across a diverse manufacturing operation that includes assembly, metal stamping, carbon extrusion, and injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all plant maintenance, reliability, automation, and controls functions.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment supporting metal stamping, carbon extrusion, and injection molding manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and asset performance.
• Own plant reliability metrics, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime reduction, and maintenance cost performance.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, controls engineers, and automation specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Manage and optimize PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo systems, sensors, vision systems, SCADA, and industrial networks.




• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations of equipment failures and chronic losses.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability and operational performance.
• Champion capital projects, automation upgrades, equipment installations, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Develop and execute the plant's Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing roadmap.
• Manage maintenance planning, spare parts strategy, contractor performance, and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
