Great Job Opportunity Job Title: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate client service activities regarding investment portfolios from the deignated group pf clientes, including administrative and operational tasks.
• Facilitate the opening and maintenance of client and financial intermediary contracts. Request necessary documentation from clients, complete the required forms, coordinate the signatures, and deliver documents to both the client and the relevant department.
• Based on client instructions, execute cash or instrument transactions to or from other accounts through paperwork and constant communication with financial institutions.
• Based on client instruction and service given, manage the client’s investment portfolio to assist in its good performance based on the Advisor’s strategy, the client's Investment Profile, and the agreed-upon investment service under the Service Provision Contract.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports requested by clients, detailing their investment portfolio information according to their needs.
• Utilize the company’s diverse computer systems for maintaining client documentation up to date, reporting, and daily operational activities, including reconciling accounts and recording transactions and operations.




• Provide the Compliance Department with relevant reports, forms, or notices in accordance with General Provisions applicable to Investment Advisors.
• Assist in providing a professional wealth management service for high and ultra-high net worth clients. Required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 2-3 year experience in account management, banking, or a similar role.
• Affinity for numbers and client service.
• Service Attitude
• Understanding of financial services and investment products (including AMIB’s Certification) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Preferred
