Mexico English: Advanced (C1) – Mandatory Schedule: Availability to align with local Trading teams (LATAM) We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Markets, Fixed Income, and Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) to join an international project focused on Electronic Trading solutions. The idóneo candidate will work closely with Front Office traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and support the delivery of trading solutions. Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Markets and Interest Rate Swaps (IRS).
• Experience with Electronic Trading and Front Office Trading.
• Understanding of RFQ (Request for Quote), Bid/Ask Pricing, and Trading Venues.
• Knowledge of Client Tiering, Pre-Trade and Post-Trade Flows.
• Understanding of interest rate derivatives valuation and pricing.
• Experience gathering functional requirements, writing User Stories,



and defining Use Cases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with traders, business users, and development teams. Nice to Have:
• Experience with Electronic Trading platforms.
• Previous involvement in Fixed Income projects.
• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Knowledge of functional governance processes.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
