We're Hiring Senior IT Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations ?

Location:
Colombia or Mexico At CRG, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects within the Supply Chain and Operations area. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, cross-functional team coordination, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented professional capable of managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple medium
- to large-scale IT projects simultaneously, from planning through implementation and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and vendor invoicing.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential issues.
• Oversee project change management processes, ensuring appropriate documentation, approvals, and communication.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, external vendors, and business partners.
• Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contractual deliverables.




• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within Supply Chain and Operations.
• 8+ years of overall IT or related business experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously, including budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• 3–5 years of experience applying project lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects and iterative methodologies.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for project collaboration and documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation,



and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing IT projects involving Supply Chain systems, operational processes, or technology implementations.
• Familiarity with iterative project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and complex stakeholder relationships. Key Competencies

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote.
• Contract Duration: 12-month temporary assignment.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Time).
