Salesforce Solution Architect at BairesDev As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable multi-cloud architectures that align with complex business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor, transforming organizational needs into robust technical roadmaps while ensuring the integrity and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Do
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds to support enterprise growth.
• Define comprehensive integration patterns and data models to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable system designs.
• Establish platform governance standards and best practices for identity resolution and data management.
• Oversee the delivery of complex initiatives,
providing technical leadership to engineering teams from design through deployment.
• Optimize the Salesforce environment for scalability and performance, utilizing core technologies like Apex and LWC. What We Are Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in data modeling, identity resolution, and complex system designs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce core technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong background in leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
