Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico | Temporary to Permanent We are looking for a hands-on planning leader to strengthen our manufacturing operations, improve delivery performance, optimize inventories, and develop our planning team.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate customer orders, material availability, and capacity constraints into executable production schedules.
• Improve ERP/MRP utilization, planning parameters, and data accuracy.
• Align priorities across Production, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Customer Service.
• Establish effective routines for order management, shortage resolution, and escalation.
• Monitor delivery performance, schedule adherence, and inventory health.
• Coach and train the team to sustain process improvements and operational discipline. Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in Production Planning, Materials Management, Production Control, or Manufacturing Supply Chain.




• Strong working knowledge of MRP, master production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated results improving delivery performance and inventory efficiency.
• Experience implementing processes, leading cross-functional change, and developing teams.
• Ability to diagnose operational issues and drive improvements directly on the manufacturing floor.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Availability for a fixed-term role with regular on-site presence in Zapopan, Jalisco, area. Experience in high-mix manufacturing and make-to-order or engineer-to-order environments is preferred. Apply with your résumé in English and earliest available start date.
