About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead
- Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Triage to lead daily triage operations within a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle program. This role is responsible for managing a team of QA/Triage Analysts who investigate vehicle events through telemetry, logs, video, and system data generated by autonomous driving platforms. The adecuado candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands-on technical expertise in AV/ADAS systems, including sensor technologies such as LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, and GPS. You will serve as the technical escalation point for complex investigations, guide analysts through ambiguous cases, and ensure high-quality, engineering-ready defect reporting. This position requires someone who understands the fundamentals of autonomous vehicle architecture, sensor operation, data processing pipelines, and event triage methodologies to effectively support the team and collaborate with engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily AV triage operations, analyst task allocation, and workflow management.
• Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, backlog health, and turnaround times.
• Review and validate complex vehicle events, investigations, and defect reports.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to QA/Triage Analysts.
• Conduct QA calibration sessions to ensure consistent event classification standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through continuous feedback and training.
• Coordinate escalations with Engineering, QA, Fleet Operations, and Program Management teams.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all investigations and defect escalations are accurate, thorough, and actionable.
• Support Jira workflows, reporting activities, and operational excellence initiatives. Required QualificationsAutonomous Vehicle & ADAS Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Autonomous Vehicle (AV)



QA Operations, Vehicle Triage, Fleet Validation, or related technical programs.
• Experience working with vehicle telemetry and sensor data including:
• LiDAR
• Radar
• Cameras
• GPS
• Knowledge of AV/ADAS architecture and autonomous driving systems.
• Understanding of:
• Sensor operation and sensing layers
• Multi-sensor data fusion concepts
• Processing pipelines and event analysis
• Hands-on experience reviewing:
• Vehicle telemetry
• System logs
• Video recordings
• Event data
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills. QA & Triage Operations
• Experience leading or coordinating a technical QA, operations, or triage team.
• Experience managing:
• Event classification
• Quality processes
• Defect tracking
• Technical escalations
• Production workflows
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex or ambiguous vehicle events.
• Experience driving engineering-ready defect reporting and issue escalation. Tools & Communication
• Experience with Jira for defect management, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach analysts and make sound decisions in high-volume operational environments. Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Linux environments and log analysis tools.
• Experience supporting Autonomous Driving, ADAS, Robotics, Mobility, or Automotive programs.
• Exposure to sensor fusion, perception systems, or autonomous driving validation workflows.
• Experience working with distributed, remote, or cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience managing operational KPIs and SLA-driven environments. Work Location
