About the role
We are seeking an experienced Outbound B2B Sales Representative to prospect businesses, engage decision-makers, and close sales for business connectivity and telecommunications solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting.
• Engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities and present solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Results-driven and comfortable with sales quotas.
• Must be based in Mexico. Compensation:
• $1,500–$1,700 USD monthly base salary.
• Uncapped commissions.
