Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP
- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.




• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP
- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle. Preferred

Skills:
• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations.
