We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a banking project, leveraging strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The role is fully remote and open to candidates across Latin America. Applicants must be comfortable working during New York business hours. Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Must be currently residing in Latin America.
• Advanced spoken English proficiency and strong Spanish proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and the ability to handle complex data and analysis.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and hardworking mindset, with a strong willingness to learn.




• Ability and willingness to work during New York business hours.
• Availability to commit to an 8-month contract. Nice to Have
• Knowledge of banking products and/or financial markets.
