Growth EngineerIMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYINGPlease read the following requirements carefully before applying:
• This is a hands-on engineering role. You must have 5+ years of experience building production websites and web applications. Marketing experience alone is not sufficient.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI coding tools is required. Using ChatGPT for content or AI for code autocomplete alone is not sufficient. You should be able to explain workflows you have built, the systems they connect, and how you validate their output.
• You must have experience implementing analytics, conversion tracking, and integrations for websites or marketing campaigns.
• Working English is required, both written and spoken, to collaborate with our international team.
• Please include an updated CV and links to websites, projects, or a portfolio that demonstrate your work. Be prepared to explain your personal contribution, technical decisions, and results.
• English is a non-negotiable requirement. About FX ReplayFX Replay helps over 1 million traders practice, test strategies, and improve their trading through market replay and backtesting. We're looking for a Growth Engineer to help our Growth team turn ideas into live, measured experiences on our website.
About the role
This is not a traditional marketing role, and it is not a core product engineering role. You will work at the intersection of web development, growth, analytics, infrastructure, and AI-assisted implementation. You take a bet from hypothesis to production: you read the data, build the page or the variant, connect the systems behind it, instrument it, launch the test, and report what happened. Most of our implementation already runs through AI agents connected to our tools. We need someone who can lead that workflow technically, keep it reliable, and make it faster with every launch. How we ship todayEvery growth change follows the same path, and you will own the technical side of it:
• Data: Baselines and opportunities from GA4 and BigQuery.
• Bet: Problem, falsifiable hypothesis, primary KPI, guardrails, rollout and rollback plan, documented in Notion.
• Copy and design: StoryBrand messaging and Figma variants, read by agents through the Figma MCP.
• Build: Implementation in Ploy (Astro, React, TypeScript) with Claude and MCP servers, governed by Ploybooks and a Notion-based CMS.
• Test: A/B tests in Convert, with variant IDs sent to GA4 and guardrails on PageSpeed, CLS,
and bounce rate. What you'll own
• Build and evolve landing pages, campaign pages, pricing experiences, forms, thank-you pages, and conversion flows in Ploy.
• Turn Figma designs and variants into production pages using AI agents and MCP integrations, and review every output with a developer's eye before it goes live.
• Implement and QA A/B tests end to end: setup, targeting, goals, flicker and performance checks, launch, and the final read.
• Integrate CRMs, forms, email sequences, APIs, and marketing platforms (HighLevel, Meta, and similar) with the website.
• Protect critical functionality, including checkout, pricing logic, authentication, tracking scripts, and consent, so a fast launch never breaks what already works.
• Own technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and performance on growth pages.
• Operate the supporting infrastructure: DNS, hosting, cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean or similar), SSL, deployments, and monitoring.
• Build reusable components, templates, and agent instructions so each new page or test takes less time than the last.
• Bring order to delivery: plan timelines, estimate effort, and keep growth bets moving with clear status, using agile practices. AI-native implementationAI should be a core part of how you build and operate. We expect hands-on experience with:
• Building AI agents and custom GPTs that automate campaigns, landing pages, content, or internal processes.
• AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Lovable as part of your daily development workflow.
• Connecting AI to real systems through APIs, and ideally through MCP servers (Figma, Ploy, Convert, Notion, GA4).
• Writing reusable instructions, prompts, Skills, and workflows so agents produce consistent, on-brand, production-safe output.
• Using AI to translate and adapt content and assets across languages and channels.
• Using agents to investigate analytics, QA pages, debug production issues, and speed up iteration. Using AI to autocomplete code is not enough.
We expect you to design agent workflows that increase what one person can ship, and to know when to step in and write the code yourself. What we're looking for
• 5+ years building production websites and web applications, ideally including landing pages and marketing sites for paid acquisition.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in a modern component framework (Vue.js or React) and at least one backend stack (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or Python).
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases, APIs, hosting, servers, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudways, Supabase or similar).
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console, and with conversion tracking for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
• Experience implementing CRM and marketing automation (HighLevel, HubSpot or similar): forms, pipelines, and email sequences.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, performance, and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Proven hands-on use of AI agents, custom GPTs, and AI coding tools in real projects.
• Experience leading or coordinating development teams with Scrum or agile practices, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
• Ability to own work from opportunity → build → instrumentation → launch → analysis → iteration without hand-holding.
• Working English, written and spoken, to collaborate with an international team and read technical documentation. Nice to have
• Production experience with Astro, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills.
• Experience running A/B tests with Convert, CrazyEgg, Optimizely, or similar.
• Experience with Ploy or other AI-native site builders.
• Experience with BigQuery, PostHog, or Amplitude.
• Experience with Figma handoff and design systems. Adecuado profileYou are a hands-on web engineer who has also led teams, so you think about both the code and the delivery. You have built landing pages, forms, CRM flows, and tracking for marketing teams, you run your own servers, and you already use AI agents to ship faster. You can take a growth bet, build it in Ploy with AI, connect it to analytics and the CRM, launch the test, and tell us whether it worked. Your leverage comes from combining engineering depth, growth judgment, infrastructure ownership, and AI-assisted execution, so FX Replay can test more ideas every month without risking what already converts.
