AI Product Manager Expert Requirements Must have
• 7+ years in software development, product management, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing or Support Operations or business systems
• 2+ years building and shipping AI agents and automations yourself with tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or AWS Bedrock
• Hands-on development with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including APIs, integrations and enterprise data
• Working knowledge of prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use and AI evaluation
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, renewals and channels, and how deals move through to delivery, support and renewal
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM tools such as Gong, Clari, CPQ, PSA, Service Cloud or Marketo
• Ability to earn trust with sellers, engineers and GTM leaders, and to explain AI in clear business terms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienc Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders across Worldwide Field Operations (Sales, Sales Architects and Engineers, Renewals, Channels, Revenue Operations, Professional Services and Customer Support), Marketing and Product to find AI opportunities and define the problem, the users and how success will be measured
• Map GTM processes end to end, such as lead-to-cash, renewals, partner deal registration,



issue-toresolution and feedback-to-roadmap, to find where AI can remove steps and manual effort
• Own the AI backlog for GTM, ranking requests by business value, effort, risk and strategic fit
• Triage each request and decide which type of solution will work: a custom AI agent, a low-code or nocode build, AI built into a SaaS application such as Salesforce, Gong or Marketo or a workflow automation
• Build solutions for account research, meeting prep, pipeline and forecasting, renewals, partner enablement, RFP response, case triage, campaign and content operations and product feedback
• Build and ship AI agents, Claude Projects and automated workflows yourself, from first prototype through to production
• Write requirements for each solution, then develop it yourself with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including APIs and integrations
• Set up evaluations for accuracy, tone, customer impact and human review and apply AI governance, security and privacy standards with Security, Legal and Enterprise Architecture
• Drive adoption with training and enablement, and track seller time saved, cycle time, case resolution time and pipeline quality to set future priorities Required Languages English – Fluent (96–100%) Location México or India
