• Answer the client inbox and phone line
• Tell owners which documents are still missing for the month
• Schedule calls between our accountants and owners
• Route questions about the numbers to the right accountant
• Keep each client's request log up to date To be considered
• Some experience in customer service, a call center or an office role (internships count)
• Clear written and spoken English




• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 A plus
• Work in an accounting or bookkeeping office
