The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
Coordination of the external HR service providers
Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
Preparation of reports and analyses
Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
~ Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
~ Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
~ Fluency in the local language and good English skills
Very good MS Office skills




First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
