About the role
We are hiring Sales Development Representatives to work 100% remotely from Mexico, booking qualified meetings for small and mid-sized B2B companies in the US. What you will do
• Research target accounts and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, company websites and data tools.
• Run outbound sequences by phone, email and LinkedIn: 60+ calls and 40+ personalized touches a day.
• Qualify interest (need, timing, decision maker) and book meetings on the sales owner's calendar.
• Follow up on inbound leads within the hour.
• Log every activity and update deal stages in the CRM.
• Report weekly on activity, replies and meetings booked, and suggest what to change. What you bring Must have
• 1+ year in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Advanced spoken English (C1 preferred): you are comfortable cold-calling U.
S. business owners.
• Resilience with rejection and the discipline to hit daily activity targets.
• Clear,
concise written English for emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Experience logging work in a CRM. Nice to have
• HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience selling to U.
S. small businesses or in B2B services.
• A track record you can show: meetings booked per month or quota attainment. Requirements Inside Sales / SDR Must Have:
