Title: Talent Sourcer (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time)

Mexico (Remote) serving customers in USA AlwaysHired helps US tech companies hire Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. We have 40+ open roles and are hiring a sourcer to help us fill them.
What you'll do
- Learn each client's requirements for the candidates they want
- Find candidates on LinkedIn and other channels who meet those requirements
- Reach out with the role and compensation, and schedule interested candidates onto my calendar What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing for US companies (sales or tech roles a plus)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented: you read the full profile and check every requirement before reaching out Compensation:
- Part-time (~20 hours/week): $1,000 USD/month
- $20 for every candidate interview accepted by our client
- $500+ Commission on every AE placement
- Moves to full-time after your first placement at $2,000/month + commission Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid sourcing test.
