Bilingual Virtual Sales & Admin Assistant (Remote)F45 Training Pompano Beach | Full-Time | Remote We're a fitness studio based in Florida, USA, looking for a highly motivated, bilingual Virtual Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team long-term. This is a SALES-FIRST role. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, confidently makes outbound calls, follows up consistently, and knows how to turn conversations into sales — while staying organized and managing administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Do
• Contact and follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails to book trials and convert prospects into members.
• Build relationships with prospects and existing members to improve sales and retention.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage bookings, customer records, follow-ups, and daily administrative tasks.
• Complete recurring daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks, along with miscellaneous assignments as needed.
• Assist with occasional social media-related tasks and other business support responsibilities.
• Track sales activity, stay organized, and provide regular progress updates. What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:
• Fluent English AND Spanish (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Sales-driven personality — confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Excellent conversational skills — friendly, engaging,



professional, and personable.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — accurate, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Coachable and a fast learner — receptive to feedback and quick to adapt.
• Self-motivated and proactive — takes initiative and works independently.
• Previous sales, lead follow-up, or appointment-setting experience.
• Reliable computer, fast internet, and a quiet workspace. Bonus: Experience with CRM software, Mindbody, fitness businesses, social media, or U.
S.-based customers. Schedule & Availability
• Full-time: 40 hours/week.
• Monday–Friday: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM U.
S. Eastern Time (not necessarily the same hours every day).
• Occasional weekends: Approximately once per month, with limited hours or adjustments to the weekday schedule. Schedule flexibility is mandatory.
