Lead the growth engine for two growing Houston brands Shannon Property Management manages 1,200+ high-quality Houston homes with a team of 50+ people, and we're not slowing down. Now we're building one growth function to fuel both SPM and our sister company, Astra Air & Repair. We need the strategic, hands-on marketer who's going to lead it. You'll own the strategy and the numbers: planning, campaign build, analysis, and iteration, soup to nuts. You'll use AI to move faster than most teams can, report straight to ownership every week with no layers in between, and have the freedom to bring in a contract creative partner so your ideas get fully brought to life. Why now: We're past the "figure out if this works" stage and into "pour fuel on it." You'll inherit real momentum, a leadership team that runs on EOS, two brands with great reputations that want to build in-house, and a budget set aside for creative support.

What You'll Do
• Own the growth strategy and full lead funnel for both brands, from planning through execution, analysis, and iteration
• Run SEO, paid search/social, email, and content, AI-assisted, with the judgment to know what to build yourself and what to hand off
• Hire and direct one contract creative/design partner (budget provided) to turn strategy into finished ads, collateral, and content in every size and format
• Keep both websites converting (WordPress; Grav is a bonus), with contract support for heavier builds
• Manage online reputation, reviews, and referral/partnership programs for each brand
• Keep a real scorecard (leads, CAC, conversion, revenue) and bring it to our weekly leadership (L10) meeting
• Run the planning rhythm: weekly KPI reports, weekly social and content calendars, quarterly plans, and an annual growth plan
• Sharpen sales handoff and collateral alongside each team's front-line staff

What You'll Need
• 5–7+ years of marketing experience,



including a proven track record of growing a business or increasing leads for a small to mid-size company, with the numbers to show it
• US Visa and able to travel to our Houston Office for the first two weeks
• A strategic mind plus hands-on execution: you've built the plan and the campaign, not just briefed one
• Real AI fluency: you use it daily to plan, write, build campaigns, track, and report
• Depth in at least two channels (ideally local SEO and paid search) and working fluency in email/CRM, social, and lead generation
• Experience directing creative talent or contractors: clear briefs, sharp feedback, on-time delivery
• Working knowledge of WordPress (Grav is a plus)
• A bias toward action
• Property management, real estate, or home services background is a plus, not a must What Success Looks Like
