Senior Sales Director

We are a global leader in B2B enterprise technology and digital transformation. We are seeking an elite, high-impact sales leader to drive an aggressive regional turnaround and capture net-new market share across Latin America. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role for a builder, not a maintainer.

You will directly hunt, orchestrate, and close transformative, multi-million-dollar digital solutions deals within the region's largest strategic accounts.

You will also Lead, restructure, and mentor a specialized regional team of Account Executives to drive aggressive net-new bookings.

We need someone with:

- Experience: 20+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership within Tier-1 SaaS, Cloud, or massive Global IT Services/Consulting organizations.
- Domain Mastery: Deep,



active CXO-level network and proven track record of closing complex digital transformation deals within the LATAM BFSI sector.
- Matrix Navigation: Exceptional capability to orchestrate cross-functional approvals (Product, Legal, Finance) within a highly complex, multi-billion-dollar integral corporate matrix.
- Execution Focus: A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a proven history of hitting aggressive hunting quotas while restructuring regional (LATAM) operations.
- Languages & Mobility: Bilingual (Native Spanish / Fluent English). Flexible Mexico location
