About the Role
Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Project Management and Strategic Execution Consultant to contribute to their engagements within the State of Mexico, specifically focusing on clients in the Tlalnepantla area. This role is critical for ensuring that strategic initiatives are not only well-defined but also effectively implemented and executed to achieve desired business outcomes. You will work closely with clients to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and drive successful adoption of strategic changes. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of strategic client projects.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and client stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between project execution and the client's overall strategic objectives.

Manage change management processes to support the adoption of new strategies and solutions.

Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management and clients.





Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the firm.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or consulting, with a focus on execution.

Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder management.

Experience working with clients in the State of Mexico , particularly Tlalnepantla , is highly desirable.

Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
