Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment coordination.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Analyze e-commerce performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.




Enhance the user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of the website.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Manage the e-commerce budget effectively and monitor ROI for all digital initiatives.
Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Report on e-commerce performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
Proven track record of successfully growing online sales and profitability.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working in the Reciente León market or with businesses headquartered there is highly valued.
Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with office collaboration in Monterrey .
