Ensure the timely availability of materials and components to support production operations through effective purchasing management, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up, contributing to operational continuity and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on purchase orders.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.

Monitor inventory levels and material availability.

Identify and resolve purchasing and supply-related issues.

Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems.

Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Materials Management, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.

Fluent English proficiency.

Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
