Key Responsibilities Remotely monitor and manage cleaning schedules and assignments for various client sites.
Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans and protocols tailored to specific client needs and environments.
Provide clear and concise instructions to on-site cleaning crews via digital communication channels.
Conduct virtual inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
Train remote staff on best practices in sanitation, safety, and the use of cleaning equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cleaning operations promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies, and client feedback.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements Proven experience in the cleaning or sanitation industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals,
