What You'll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Support and monitor corporate governance processes.
Manage and maintain legal documentation and records.
Assist with personal data protection and privacy matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience in corporate legal departments or corporate law practice.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
