Job Description

Lead the end-to-end bid and proposal management process.

Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and commercial teams.

Ensure proposal quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Perform cost benchmarking and comparative analyses on project proposals.

Validate assumptions and conduct sanity checks on budgets and pricing models.

Identify cost optimization opportunities and commercial risks.

The Successful Applicant

Advanced English (written and spoken).

Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience.





Proven experience managing complex bids, tenders, or proposal processes.

Strong technical understanding of engineering, infrastructure, telecommunications, construction, or related services environments.

Demonstrated experience analyzing project costs and validating commercial proposals.

Experience in data center projects and related infrastructure services.

Experience supporting sales operations processes, CRM management, and commercial reporting.
