We are looking for a data-driven, highly versatile Senior Performance Media Buyer to own our paid acquisition ecosystem. In this role, you won't just manage budgets; you will actively shape our creative pipeline.

The adecuado candidate lives at the intersection of media buying and generative AI. You are equally comfortable optimizing a complex Google Search structure, scaling a TikTok campaign, and using advanced AI tools to rapidly iterate video and static hooks. This is a high-impact, full-time role tied directly to performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Platform Campaign Management

Scale & Optimize: Structure, launch, and scale paid campaigns across a highly diverse ad stack:

Major Engines: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads (PMax, Search, YouTube), and Microsoft Ads.

Niche & Local: Reddit Ads, Nextdoor, and other emerging native/programmatic networks.

Data & Tracking: Ensure flawless pixel implementation, Server-to-Server (CAPI) tracking, and attribution modeling across platforms.

2. AI-Driven Creative Production

Video Ad Generation: Utilize generative AI video platforms to script, generate, and edit high-converting video ads, UGC-style hooks, and variations.

Static & Banner Design: Deploy AI image generation and design tools to build, test, and localize static banner ads at scale.

Creative Iteration: Constantly feed the ad accounts with fresh creative angles, using AI to reduce production time from days to hours.

3. Analytics & KPI Accountability

Monitor daily performance metrics, focusing heavily on MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

Conduct continuous A/B testing of audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creatives.





Provide transparent, data-backed weekly and monthly performance reports.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing at least $30k+/month in ad spend across multi-channel environments (Meta, TikTok, and Google expertise are non-negotiable; Reddit/Nextdoor experience is a major plus).

AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools for content creation (text, image, and video generation). You know how to prompt, upscale, and clean up AI assets for commercial use.

Analytical Mindset: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), platform pixels, and attribution challenges.

Copywriting Skills: Ability to write sharp, high-converting ad copy tailored to different platforms (from professional to conversational/native on Reddit).

Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment where creative velocity dictates success.

To ensure mutual success, retention and performance in this role are tied to meeting specific baseline milestones:

Efficiency: Maintaining a platform-specific target CPA / ROAS (to be finalized based on product lines).

Creative Velocity: Delivering a minimum volume of new AI-generated creative variations (e.g., 5 new video concepts and 10 static variations per week) to prevent ad fatigue.

Budget Utilization: Ensuring efficient allocation and pacing of budgets across channels without underspending or overspending.
