Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Perform internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.




Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes.
Assist senior management with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., Contador Público Certificado) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
Experience with tax preparation and compliance is a plus.
Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tlaquepaque, Jalisco area, with an understanding of the hybrid work schedule.
