This executive role is responsible for overseeing the management, leasing, and operational efficiency of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across various regions. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio, including property management, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance property value, optimize occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
Manage budgets, P&L; statements, and capital expenditure plans for the portfolio.
Lead and mentor a team of property managers and leasing agents in a remote environment.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards .
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements .
Work closely with leasing and marketing teams to execute successful leasing strategies.




Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on portfolio performance and operational status.
Foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders .
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field .
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate operations management .
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial property portfolios (office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties).
Strong understanding of leasing, property management, financial analysis, and asset management principles .
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams remotely .
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities .
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems .
Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment , demonstrating self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
