Supervise, train, and mentor a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and disposables, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities and minimize disruption to operations.




Investigate and resolve any complaints or concerns related to cleanliness and hygiene.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
Implement and enforce safety procedures for staff handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the cleaning and sanitation industry.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning and sanitation sector.
Proven experience in developing and implementing cleaning protocols and schedules.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning services.
Proficiency in inventory management and basic budgeting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Previous experience in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX or understanding of local operational contexts is a plus.
