We are looking for a Finance Business Partner, Sr. Analyst to join our Mexico team and play a critical role in driving financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and business growth.

This position partners closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Procurement, and senior leadership.

What You'll Do
As a trusted business partner, you will:

Lead financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the Mexico business.

Drive monthly forecasts, quarterly estimates, and the annual budgeting process.

Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Identify productivity opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize costs, expenses, and investment processes.

Support CAPEX, working capital, cash flow, and financial performance management.

Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting while helping mitigate financial risks.

Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, and regional FP&A; teams to ensure strong financial governance and business support.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business,



or related field.

3-5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Accounting, Business Partnering, or related areas.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, and/or Power BI.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Professional proficiency in English.
