Primary Responsibilities Lead the analysis and continuous improvement of supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.




Utilize advanced data analytics and forecasting techniques to anticipate supply chain risks and opportunities.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and supplier collaboration.
Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Coordinate with IT and systems teams to enhance supply chain visibility and integrate new technologies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain processes.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies.
