We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Accounting Manager to lead the finance and accounting operations for a U.S.-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the accounting team.

Manage the complete monthly financial close process.

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Manage job costing, Work in Progress (WIP), and billing processes.

Ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Improve accounting procedures and operational efficiency.

Communicate financial results directly to U.S. leadership.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, including team leadership.

Advanced English (fluent, written and spoken) – Required.





Experience managing full monthly accounting close processes.

Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.

Experience with Foundation Software or similar ERP systems.

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Valid passport and availability to travel to California quarterly and attend annual U.S. training.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

5 PTO days per year
