Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective guests and potential clients to promote events and generate bookings.
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads and interested prospects to encourage event reservations.
Identify potential opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Communicate event details, answer questions, and address potential guests' concerns.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and booking status.
Meet established sales targets, call volume expectations, and booking goals.




Work closely with the Events Team to support event promotion and maximize attendance.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Preferable experience with Oracle, notebook, Splash Bi
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
English level C1 is a must
Job location at reforma CDMX. Monday to friday 100% Onsite
