Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of process changes.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational improvements.
Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.




Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other relevant methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities across remote and on-site work.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to change management.
Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an asset.
Must be available for hybrid work based in Cuernavaca, Morelos .
